One big mistake I see people make when they begin to eat a healthy diet is that they restrict their amount of food and then they're starving after dinner. And we all know what this can lead to!
Here's the plan:
Go from no breakfast to a breakfast fit for a king! π₯ π³ π₯ π
Go from a few pieces of lettuce to a salad filled with fiber, protein, carbs and fats for lunch! π₯π΄
Go from a large, heavy dinner to a normal plate-size, lighter meal. π½οΈ π π₯¦ π
It can be challenging to change our eating habits BUT it's not impossible. It takes a plan and some practice and you'll eventually get there.
