Why put the word recipe in quotes? Because I didn't make any of this 😂 When it comes to cooking, I'm the queen of convenience!! Sharing because I know y'all are busy and are always looking for quick ways to get healthy meals made. And this tastes absolutely delicious btw! You could manipulate the macros easily here by eating more of the beef, less of the rice, add more veg, etc. For me...around 500 cals and 30 grams of protein is perfect.

I started a new venture with health coaching and wanted to share. For so long, potential clients have asked for a group setting with beginner workouts and easy-to-follow structured help for nutrition and habits. Well...they asked, I listened!!
I'd like to announce the beginning of Lift & Be Uplifted Facebook Subscription. I chose FB for a few reasons. 1) It seems like my audience (women, 30s-50s, beginners who need support, structure, and knowledge) is mostly active on that platform. 2) It's easiest to go LIVE for workouts and health coaching workshops. 3) It's a lot cheaper than one-on-one coaching. FB is $9.99 per month; health coaching is $50 per week.
