I am a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. I am not a physician, medical doctor, registered dietitian, therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.

Nothing I provide should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical care.

You should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, injuries, medications, dietary restrictions, or other health concerns before beginning a new exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle program.

If you experience a medical emergency, seek emergency medical attention immediately.

3. Individual Responsibility

You understand that your participation in health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle activities involves personal responsibility.

You are responsible for determining whether a particular activity, exercise, nutrition recommendation, or lifestyle change is appropriate for you.

You agree to listen to your body, use appropriate modifications, and stop an activity if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate medical clearance when necessary.

4. No Guaranteed Results

I do not guarantee any particular health, fitness, weight loss, financial, personal, or other result from using my products or services.

Your results depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, effort, consistency, health history, environment, and decisions.

Testimonials or examples of results shared on my website or through my marketing are individual experiences and are not guarantees of what you will achieve.

5. The Health Journey Roadmap

The Health Journey Roadmap is an educational program designed to provide a framework for navigating personal health and lifestyle changes.

The Roadmap is intended to provide direction, education, reflection, and practical tools. It does not guarantee that you will achieve a particular health outcome.

Course materials, worksheets, quizzes, videos, written content, and other resources are provided for your personal educational use.

Your purchase of the course does not give you ownership of the underlying course content, intellectual property, or business materials.

6. Course Access

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, The Health Journey Roadmap is provided as a self-paced course with access for the period described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

If permanent or lifetime access is specifically stated at the time of purchase, that access is subject to the continued availability of the course and the platform used to deliver it.

I reserve the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue portions of the course when reasonably necessary.

If significant changes are made to the course, I may provide updated materials or information when appropriate.

7. Digital Products

Digital products, including guides, planners, workbooks, and other downloadable materials, are provided for personal use.

Because digital products are delivered electronically, all digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.

You may not:

Resell my digital products
Share purchased files with others
Upload my materials to another website or platform
Reproduce or redistribute my materials
Claim my materials as your own
Use my materials to create or sell a competing product

8. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are designed to provide personalized support, education, accountability, and guidance.

Coaching does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed healthcare relationship.

Coaching recommendations are based on the information you choose to provide and are intended to help you make informed decisions about your own health and lifestyle.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Coaching Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be considered used and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen and may make exceptions at my discretion.

9. Payments and Purchases

Prices for products and services are displayed on the website and may change at any time.

The price charged for a purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time the purchase is completed.

By submitting a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or technical errors.

10. Refunds

The Health Journey Roadmap is non-refundable. All purchases of The Health Journey Roadmap are final and no refunds will be provided after purchase, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Because the course is delivered digitally and provides immediate access to the course materials, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy at the time of purchase.

If you experience a technical problem accessing the course or purchased materials, please contact me so I can work with you to resolve the issue.

Refund policies for other products or services may vary and will be stated on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.

11. Private Groups and Online Communities

Certain products or programs may include access to a private online community or group.

Participation in these communities is a privilege connected to the applicable product or service.

You agree to:
