Let's normalize realistic health goals! (And be SO PROUD when we achieve them!!)
You'll never stick to "I want to lose 50 lbs." What you will stick to is, "I will walk outside 3 times per week for 30 minutes in order to develop the habit of movement." And "I will add a side of vegetables to dinner every night to begin the process of nourishing my body."

🙌🏼 Easy to measure
🙌🏼 Achievable for you and your life
🙌🏼 Not doing it because society says you should 💯💯💯💯
🙌🏼 A timeframe that ensures you meet the goal but also allows you to develop the habit.
