Weekends are for rest, fun, and maybe a little indulgence—but they aren’t a reason to throw away the hard work you’ve put in all week. Progress isn’t just about what you do Monday through Friday; it’s about the small, consistent choices you make every single day.


Enjoy yourself, but remember:

✨ You don’t have to “earn” your food or “burn it off” later.

✨ One meal won’t ruin your progress—just like one workout doesn’t create it.

✨ Movement, hydration, and nourishing your body still matter, even on weekends.

I'm 100% sure she believes in herself. So, be that. Do all the things that vision would do every day.


Some people put limitations on themselves before they even get started.


Stop telling yourself you aren't able to do something bc you don't have experience or you don't know what to do.


When you set limitations, you hinder progress. You could have been weeks or even years ahead of where you are if you had just told yourself you could do it.


Get that little voice inside yourself to say "You got this" instead of "I can't do this".
